First harvest, shaded 30+ days. Intended for traditional preparation with hot water. Intense sweetness, vivid green color, minimal bitterness.

Grade 02

Culinary

Robust flavor designed to hold up in lattes, baking, and food production. More astringent, slightly less vivid. Ideal for food manufacturers and cafés.
