Perishable food items
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. As a perishable food product, opened tea cannot be returned. Unopened product in original sealed packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged shipments
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement shipment at no cost.
Lost international shipments
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. In the event of a lost shipment confirmed by the carrier, we will reship or issue a full refund at the customer's preference.
Quality complaints
