Roast 01

Light Roast

Gentle roasting preserves more of the green tea character. Lighter color, subtle sweetness, slightly more caffeine than dark roast.

Roast 02

Dark Roast

Deep roasting develops rich, smoky, caramel notes. Reddish-brown liquor. Very low caffeine. Most popular for hojicha lattes.
